Perhaps there is no model.

There always exists a model. A one to one model uses everything under consideration. This is often done in databases which model some phenomena using data relevant for each item (e.g., customer).

The best material model of a cat is another, or preferably the same, cat. Norbert Wiener (and A. Rosenblueth).

If you had a one to one model of the universe, where would you store that model?

To paraphrase a quote from a court case in the 1990's, If the data does not fit, you must acquit. That is, regardless of who had the opinion for which the data does not fit sufficiently well, one must not acquiesce to that opinion.

Where in the Bible is the Gospel story and plan of salvation mentioned? It might be as a Hebrew "remez" or hint of something deeper.

The Hebrew word "רמז" (remez) ≈ "remez". There are many places in the Old Testament that have hint of what can be considered a "remez".

From the Hebrew, a "remez" is a hint of some deeper meaning.

A "remez" is a form of what in the security field is called "steganography". That is, a message concealed such that it does not, at first glance, appear that there is a hidden message there.

In computer science terms, the family tree is not a (pure) tree structure. A tree is a connected graph with no cycles.

The family tree structure, in reality, is what is called a DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) since the corresponding unconnected graph has cycles. Why?

The LXX (Septuagint) uses the phrase "generations of man" rather than "generations of Adam" and "God created Adam" rather than "God created man". The English of the KJV (King James Version) appears to come from the Latin Vulgate translation of the Hebrew.

In Matthew 19, Jesus reaffirms the creation of "male" and "female". Looking at the data (reality), one might think this obvious.

In pre-flood times, as in some cultures today, names of people have a meaning.

Sometimes the meanings make sense. In other cases, the meaning has been lost.

Sometimes the meaning comes from the name when something happened to that person. For example, someone is lucky and gets the nickname "Lucky". Later, his luck is attributed to his name rather than that luck accounting for his name or nickname.

In pre-flood times, the meaning of the names in the genealogy from Adam to Noah appear to make a statement about the Gospel story.

The "sons of Seth" theory was created to try to explain the Nephilim without having angels leaving their habitation, etc.

Examples: Centaur, Minotaur, etc. Whatever happened, this appears to have happened before the flood of Noah (with some additional references after the flood).

Until the 4th century A.D.: Angels had relations with humans to create hybrids. (Josephus)
Introduced in the 4th century A.D.: Sons of Seth married the daughters of Cain. (Augustine)

Genetic engineering before the flood: In Genesis 5 and as recorded by Josephus in the first century, these fallen angels appear to have consorted (had relations) with women. This "genetic" engineering created hybrids and was, in part, the reason for the flood of Noah. Noah was not "perfect" but his genes were not corrupted.

There is some ambiguity on the meaning of "Cainan".

Kenan (Luther Bible, not Cainan, others) means sorrow or dirge. In the Hebrew (and Greek) the difference is not clear.

The Hebrew name "Mahalaleel" means the blessed or praised God. Only in a verse in 1 Timothy is God described as "happy".

The Greek word for "glory" is that of "opinion". Over time it acquired the meaning in line with how most people define "glory" today. The only other place where the "gospel" or "Good News" is called "glorious" is in 2 Corinthians 4:4.

There are very few places where the Greek word for "happy" is used to describe God. This Greek word for "happy" did, over time, change meaning to that of what would be called "blessed". This is the only place I can find this combination. It is common to have people described as "happy" but not God.

Paul is saying that this "Good News" was committed to "his trust". Is there not anyone else (e.g., the other apostles who walked and talked with Jesus) to which this "Good News" was committed?

This states the plan of salvation/redemption of the Creator, thousands of years before it was fulfilled.

How did this message get encoded in the Bible thousands of years before it actually happened? Moses wrote down Genesis. Did Moses write of Jesus?

The "appointment" or "placement" is based on the choice to follow this path.

Who provided the "false witness" to entice Adam and Eve to follow this path?

The "incurable" condition is based on the "stealing" of life through "deception" or "false witness".

Who did the "stealing"?

At this point, there was "calling" on the Lord and not in a good sense. Might this have been in the form of "oaths"? Where might this lead?

... 4. acquisition/nest ...

The "acquisition" is that of "adultery". Might this be a result of "oaths" whereupon those following this path were required to fulfill their "oaths" in the form of missions that have the form of "adultery"?

The Hebrew word "Cainan" is associated with the "nest" of a "bird". How might that fit the model? This path leads to the "house" built on "sand" and the "bowl" and "earth" judgments in Revelation.

The natural progression of this path is to "death" from a "killing" or "murder".

At this point, the "blessed God" takes action. One should have "no other Gods".

... 6. shall come down ...

To "keep the name holy" the "blessed God" "comes down" in the opposite way that Christ will "go up" in Revelation 4.

The "commencing" will be in the opposite sense of the "commencing" of the "bowl judgments" of the earth and associated "idols" in Revelation.

Sometimes Jesus just says "kingdom". The TR (Textus Receptus) adds "of God" in one of these verses.

It appears that Jesus uses the noun phrase "kingdom" of "heaven/air" as a code word. Matthew just wrote down what was said. The others merged these together in their minds before writing what they remembered.
