2. Overview: Matthew 18:8-9 : Pluck out and cut off
Verses: Matthew 18:8-9
Title: Pluck out and cut off
Details: In Matthew 18:8-9, Jesus provides guidance on how to handle those who would entrap and separate you as the little believer. Does the religious establishment ever do this today? Which side needs to let go or forgive? Might letting go involve plucking out eyes and cutting off hands and feet?
Perhaps you do not agree with the text analysis provided here. How should such disagreements be handled in the church of Jesus? Jesus answers this a few verses later. How many churches follow what Jesus says? Stay tuned.
